The black pipe is meant for applications that are non-pressure (sewer) the white ABS pipe is rated for pressure applications. Therefore, the white pipe is thicker. You can use the white pipe in sewer applications, it will just be over kill. I would however suggest hat you stay with Black in order to prevent decreasing the internal pipe size. This may cause you difficulties in the future.
