Thanks, Ginny. I think I'll avoid the ladder when doing the awning. I'll just do the underside first with a telescoping brush, then drop the front of the awning and do the top side. Then roll it all up as noted. Ours desperately needs cleaning but this park wants five bucks to let you clean anything and I'm standing on principle. I'll wait for a chance to clean it without paying.
