I received excellent and speedy service from TorkLift Central in Kent, Washington. Ask for Mike first, he worked on mine and knows his stuff. Devon is in the office who will handle the paper work. Replaced spring retaining strap with clamps, re-aligned the trailer and found I had a bent axle. Got it all done in two days on our way to 3 month Alaska trip.
