We got our first taste of boondocking last summer in Wyoming. Camped three nights for free along a nice river. We were five miles from a hot spring. It was the nicest camping of our trip. We didn't have a generator last year but will have one for this next trip west. Of course, we didn't have the Monty last year. Many of the recreation areas out west offer free boondocking along streams in beautiful country.
