Or it might be a 30.5 ft Montana or Mountaineer, also. Either way, the Montanas/Mountaineers are well-built rig. When buying a used one I think I'd look for what kind of care it has had. Check to see if it looks like it's had any damage, inside and out, including the frame. Any cracks in the fibreglass, etc. It's hard to say if a used one is good or bad as it depends so much on the care it has had.
