Welcome to the MOC family folks. We too utilize a seasonal site for May thru Sept. each year and find it to be just the right fit. Right now we are on a spring 1300 mile trip out in western Canada and return home next week to set up on our seasonal. In fall we will take another 10 day 2 week trip after mid Sept., works for us!!!
