Well, that whole rig behind the truck is attached to that broken bumper. I don't think there's anyone around who's "been doing it for years." Not that I know of, anyhow. I hope they got him stopped, especially with those kids in the trailer.
Brad, is it legal to have passengers in the moving trailer in your state?
