Don't know if your question is directed toward me or not. If me, the frame has to be jacked up and floor jacks under the axles. All tension has to be removed from the bolt before removal. To remove turn nut and not the bolt. The bolt has a knurled shoulder to prevent the bolt from turning. Once the nut is off the bolt will have to taped with hammer and piece of wood. Don't hit threaded end of bolt with bare hammer if you ever want nut to go back on.
