The moral of this story is people who don't know how to work on their rvs, shouldn't buy them. Sounds harsh, but dealers in general are not going to do what they should...treat customers right...hold the manufacturers feet to the fire. In general, I think the rv industry is one big old boys club laughing at how good they have it.
