I cleaned the one next to the table and the one in the back window in place using isopropyl alcohol, aka rubbing alcohol. The fabric used isn't the most sturdy, so don't rub too hard as it pills easy. I have had several down several times to resting them and retensioning is not always easy to do and the holes in the wall where the tension fitting is attached strip out easy as it is only 1/8 inch thick material. Mashing a wall board flat after the fitting is off and using thin formula super glue to soak the fibers of the wall board can help keep the hole from getting bigger.
