Update 09/06/18: Thanks for all the interest. After one week, we have signed up 39 members. All the water front and pull-thru inland sites are taken, but we still have 15 back-in inland sites available.

Ok folks, it is time to register for the 2019 Western Region Spring Rally.

• We are planning a great rally in June 2019
• We have been fortunate enough reserve 56 sites at a resort on the Oregon coast during the month of June
• You can take advantage of all that the scenic Oregon Coast and the Coos Bay area has to offer; hiking, biking, fishing, crabbing, clamming (right at the RV park), sand dunes, ocean beaches, covered bridges, waterfalls, museums, Shore Acres State Park (fabulous gardens), Oregon Coast Historical Railway, Seal Rock State Park, and much, much more

• June 19-26, 2019 (seven nights)
• You may arrive early or stay later, but register as soon as possible so we can reserve the sites for the additional days

TYPES OF RV SITES

• We have 56 sites on hold
• 20 Back-in inland sites
• 20 Pull-thru inland sites
• 12 Back-in water front sites
• 4 Motor Home Pull-in inland sites
• All the sites are close to the water and have good views, this is a new park with minimal trees/shrubs

FEES

• Bay Point Landing has offered us a 25% discount off the 2019 daily rates and use of the Event Center and Pavilion if we register as a group. This discount is greater than the normal discount they offer for weekly stays
• Back-in inland, $42.00/night ($294.00/week)
• Pull-thru inland, $49.64/night ($347.41/week)
• Back-in water front, $53.45/night ($374.15/week)
• Motor home pull-in inland, $53.45/night ($374.15/week)
• Fee to cover rally expenses: $10 per rig
• PayPal fee. If you choose to pay via PayPal an additional fee will be added to your invoice. The fee is about $10-$20 depending on site chosen and length of stay. You can avoid this by mailing a check
• The resort will charge members (at check in) an additional fee for more than 2 guests ($5/night each) and for extra vehicle/boat over the allotted RV plus tow vehicle ($5/night)

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

• Registration and payment will be completed as a group, DO NOT CALL THE RESORT TO REGISTER!
• The sites will be held for the exclusive use of our group until April 15, 2019. This is the absolute cut-off; all reservation requests must be received prior to this. However, don’t wait; we expect to fill up quickly
• To reserve one of these sites, you must follow these procedures
• Your registration form must be emailed as a DOC or PDF file, DO NOT try to register by replying in this post
• Fill out the registration form attached to this post
• E-mail the form as a DOC or PDF attachment to:
• 2019mocspringrally@gmail.com
• Assignments (type of site) will be made on a first-come-first-served basis depending on the date your request is received
• After your request is received, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal or the rally email address (depending on your choice of payment). Pay from the invoice
• The site will be held for 30 days from the date of your request pending full payment
• If full payment is not received within 30 days, the site will be released
• A post will be updated periodically to show member’s registration status. Site assignments will be added as we approach the rally date
• If you plan to arrive before or stay after the rally dates (6/19-6/26) register as soon as possible so we can reserve the sites for the additional days

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

You may pay by mailing a check OR PayPal

• If you chose payment by mailing a check, we will email you a invoice for:
• The full amount for your stay
• The $10 per rig rally fee
• Pay by mailing a check to the address on the invoice

• If you chose payment via PayPal, you will receive a PayPal invoice for
• The full amount for your stay
• The $10 per rig rally fee
• PayPal fee (about $10-$20 depending on site chosen and length of stay)
• Pay via the PayPal website

No partial payments will be accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations, with a full refund (except the PayPal fee) will be accepted until May 16, 2019
• After that date, there will be no refunds, except for emergencies. The resort has agreed to consider, on a case-by-case basis, emergency cancellations
