John, definitely talk to your dealer and since your unit is a 2019 it is definitely under warranty and is covered by such. You might want to contact Keystone Customer Service and talk to them first and get a file started on your unit and then talk to your dealer and see what they have to say. If they balk at it just tell them you have talked to Keystone Customer Service and a file has been opened on your unit already. Let us know what the results are.
