I was lucky enough to find a place that would get me in and out pretty quickly. But the inspection was really a joke. Check lights and tires. Didn’t bother to check the brakes. Maybe 3 minutes. Took longer to enter info into computer than the inspection.
Don’t know why they bother with self certify. Those who already routinely check their own trailers will continue to do so. Those who don’t will just check the box.
