If you are staying in the rig every night running the furnace at night should keep the belly warm enough when moving during the day. If you are real concerned that it is too cold you can run the furnace as you go down the road. We have done that on a couple of occasions when moving south after Christmas. Set the thermostat to fifty and roll on.
