James in the the 379RD the second gray tank valve is just in front of the wheel and behind the leveling jack. It was not covered in the PDI and oh BTW they left it open. When I took the cap off to hook the portable tote I got a gray bath.

I would raise the issue with Keystone. it won't fix yours, but it may get them to make a design change.
