Had the same problem. I bought and replaced the inexpensive thermostat because we were travelling and couldn't get to the dealer. Didn't fix the problem. Finally got to the dealer and Keystone authorized replacement of the board in the a AC unit. Basically fixed the problem but it still occurs on occasion..
