That doesn't make sense. You can leave your keys in the ignition and they have to cover the loss if its stolen unless they can prove fraud if you were trying to get it stolen.

I guess FL might have different laws than the rest of the country. I know an AZ legislator tried to get a law passed that ins did not have to cover if the keys were left in but it was shot down.
