If it's happening when it rains, we and others have had the same problem. In our case it was the 4" strip on the outside that spans the slide. Recaulking it across the top of the strip ended the problem for two years. Since we summer in Kansas and winter in Yuma the heat caused the caulk to shrink and I had to redo it this summer. Again, we are now leak free.
