I apologize for the delay in getting this going. Once again (14 years already), we'll be doing Factory Tours. This year, we will add something new - the High Country plant. Tours of the Montana Plant 4 will be scheduled every half hour from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. on Monday. The ideal group size is 20 (but we can squeeze a few more in if needed. Just a friendly reminder. Pictures are allowed on the tour. This is an excellent way to document where things are located before they're all covered up. However, no pictures are in the new models that we will view after the tour. Thanks.

According to our records, we signed up for the Customer Service tour at1:30 and then the factory at 3:00. Perhaps we are wrong. We would appreciate it if you check your records. We signed up a long time ago.
