moldy vinyl strips
One thing that has always frustrated me, and I know many others RV owners regardless of brand, is the way the white vinyl inserts in the side mouldings get moldy. I decided to replace mine, which is not all that big a job once you put your mind to it, but I decided to try cleaning the old strips on the theory that I had nothing to lose. Well, I soaked them overnight in a pail of bleach, about 1/2 cup to a gallon, and much to my surprise, when I took them out today, they looked spotless! I am now going to save them for when my replacements start to look moldy again.
It is a bit of work, but not all that bad really.
