Everyone needs to keep in mind that the washer/dryer in the 3850 is located in a slide that also contains the kitchen. I believe that is the reason it drains to the galley tank. With that said it is always a good idea to verify, when we winterize and want to visually observe the antifreeze flushing, we have to open the galley tank valve with the handle located beneath the kitchen slide.
