3121 is the right for us. 2 adults and 10lb dog. Even when we retire in a few years.
Do a search on the MOC site and you will find more info.
The one thing that i can share, make sure you check the rubber gas line going to the kitchen slide. Lot of people have had issue with it being bent when the slide is out.
We have 3k payload on our 16' 2500 ram 6.4 with 4.10. The truck will pull the weight, but the pin weight plus all the stuff in the truck. Our next truck will be DRW.
