Bobby-- I don't think it would have been caught by QC at the plant because I don't think they plug the units in when they come off the line. I should have been caught however by the dealer and during the PDI that they should have been given upon the purchase. The only other reason would be that one of the grounding wires in the unit has come loose during transport after the sale.
