I think you have been advised of most potential problems. Some of the Montana's came with a low profile air conditioner that had a tendency to leak. They replaced my air conditioner with a new one when I bought the trailer. It is my understanding Keystone has a kit which can be installed to prevent the leaking. There have been some reports of the a/c freezing up if operated on low...I have not had the problem. Welcome to MOC and enjoy!
