Rob, acetone will loosen the silocone if it’s on fiberglass. DO Not get it anywhere else. If the holes are in the fiberglass they use to make a product in a tube same color as the showers. You clean up the hole and use a flex blade to apply, smoothing it out. Cleanup with acetone. If your close to boat repair place they may have it. It’s like gelcoat. Hope this helps. We have the shower doors also but put a curtain inside to help keep them clean. We used a regular rod and it’s above the fiberglass.
