Depending on age of montana, your roof could be nearing it's warranty or not. If your montana is an older unit that has little market value, then it comes down to how much money you wish to invest in it. I know of one person who has had his older cedar creek coated with some product after it started to leak. Three years later it is still good, but he also doesn't tow it as it sits in storage lot for 6 months during florida summers are hot and super humid with much rain .
