Ours is a rear TV model and neither of us would have anything else. The only issue we've found is that a LOT of sun can come in that back window no matter what's in front of it. I cut some Thinsulate to fit across it and keep both the sun and heat out. Since putting it in, we've never found a reason to take it out for the view. That includes Monument Valley, Grand Canyon and seven weeks of the southwest. If we ever do get somewhere that we'd like to view out that window, the Thinsulate pulls right out and rolls up.
