I have a 2019 373RD and I do have the two white water lines coming up under the bathroom vanity with the black piece which I assume would act the same as a back flow preventer. I have had two occasions where it did leak, both times I believe was because of too high of water pressure when I was rinsing the tank. My questions are, why do the lines go up into the bathroom and then back down to the tank? If I have access to the pipes underneath can I shorten the pipes to connect them down there? If I decide to eliminate the black piece and use a back flow preventer at the water inlet what are the connectors I use to connect the two white lines together? Thanks I look forward to input.
