Please help

Hi everyone,
We have a 2014 Montana 3725RL and my husband has been watching the front joint of our bedroom superslide due to the trim over lapping. While camping last week he noted a gap of appx 1/4" while camping and then when on the road and the weight of the RV on our truck the gap was appx 1/2". The right side spot on the slide has no gap.

We spoke to Mark Krol who has left Keystone (he will be missed!) and he said he thought it was within tolerance bu to go through customer service and perhaps stop at the Camping World in Valdosta since they had a "robust" service dept.

The service person in Valdosta looked at it and suggested sealing the gap and watching it. We talked to customer service and they referred us to Norco (who is that?)... And/or taking it to a local service group. We don't trust the service departments here in middle GA...

I'd rather take it to Elkhart...

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! Here are some pics - sorry some are sideways - not sure how to fix that...

Thank you!
