Just picked up our new 2019 FB3921. I tried to synch the camera at the rear with the monitor on the dash. It keeps "failing". I sense the camera doesn't have power. I keep trying to pair and hit the synch button on the bottom of the camera but no soap. Then I moved the monitor next to the camera under portable power - still no pairing. On other sites, people say that the running/parking/headlights have to be "on" in order for the camera to be energized. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.
