I still carry two small ceramic heaters from my days in our Montana's.
We only winterized one Montana and left it up north, and we only did that for 2 winters. The first time I did it the vinyl flooring in the hallway curled up. So the next year I left a ceramic heater on and no more issues.
Now I haul them around and use them once and awhile to keep from running my heat pumps or the furnace when it gets chilly. Can't remember the brand but they weren't expensive, maybe $30 each. I would go out and look at them but we are right in the middle of a bad storm.
