It may be as simple as opening up the fridge compartment from the outside and seeing if the heater hose connection is hooked up there or has worked loose? Not sure as I have not been in that area, but it is hopefully held on with a large hose clamp (if not it is taped and I would recommend using a large hose clamp). I believe I will have to check ours out in order to prevent a future problem from developing. It may also be accessible by removing one of the basement wall panels. I would guess that it is unhooked at the vent, not at the furnace.
