I tried that a number of times. I emailed them, but this being the holiday season, you have to be a bit more patient. If I do not hear from them by the end of next week, I may call. I just cannot understand why these things worked before and suddenly they no longer work or sync.


I was just wondering if I was the only one who had a problem with these things.
