I am surprised they would recommend putting 2 breakers in parallel. Breakers are normally sized according to the expected load and then the wiring is sized for the breaker. Two breakers in parallel could allow more current thru than the wire is sized for causing overheating of the wiring. A breaker should never be replaced by a higher amperage breaker unless it is verified that the wiring can safely handle it.
