We traveled 6000 miles before the ticking Chi-Cum time bomb blew. We were in Maine and on I95 with very little shoulder/emergency lane, no trailer damage but was flagged down early by passing motorist. Put on G614 tires. Most people that do weekend and summer short regional camping trips never experience this part of RVing and their tires get to dry-rot over time. So not enough demand in the market for a better OEM product. There is a significant cash-out-flow learning curve in RVing.
