In my not-so-humble opinion, ST rated tires are inferior in quality and construction to LT rated tires. A quality LT235/85R16 or LT245/75R16 load range E, light truck tire, is going to be your best option with the wheels you currently have. Both sizes are rated for 3042 pounds at 80 psi, which is more than your axles are rated for. Below is a list of tires I recommend, in order of my personal preference, with the first two being of all steel construction.

Michelin XPS Rib
Bridgestone Duravis R250
Bridgestone Duravis R500
BF Goodrich Commercial T/A
Firestone Transforce HT
