UPDATE: After checking everything I could, I finally decided to call a Tech to replace the gas valve, Yep, that's what it was. As soon as he replaced it, it fired right up. I watched carefully so next time I will buy the valve and replace it myself. (Hopefully, I won't need to)

Thanks to everyone for the great advice.......This has been a great learning experience for me, and as always I owe it to the MOC (however you want to pronounce it)!!!!!!
