I can't tell if you are asking the membership or just the Admin? But I'll stick my post in here and tell you that we are in our very early 50s and hope to RV for a long, long time, but we have to retire so we can do it full-time and that isn't happening for about 8 years.

And you are right..... this place is utopia!
