Hello! We are Jim and Laura. Just this last weekend we finally ended our summer long search for a travel trailer.(Odessey is probably a better term!) We choose the Mountaineer 310TBS. We are very excited, but now we have to choose a towing vehicle since we know that our Expedition will not do the job. Also, on the way to the dealership to finalize our purchase, we were witness to the aftermath of a TT accident. Did not look like the owners faired well, so we are also interested in hitch ideas. The Hensley seems to be held in high regard, but in the pricing area, $2800. Is this reasonable, or are there others out there. Saftey is our top concern. Having read "white knuckle" accounts, not interested in going down that road. (No pun intended). Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Glad to meet you all! Thank you! blue][/blue]
