I have a 12' Porta Bote that I plan on mounting underneath our 2850RK. Carried it on the side of our Cougar using the brackets I purchased from Porta-Bote. Cougar didn't have enough clearance to mount below the frame but the Montana does. My plan is to build an enclosure about 13' long and 6" deep that I can slide the bote into. Have seen one a gentleman built on his 5th wheel in Tacoma and it looked pretty slick. Probably won't get to it till spring but will keep you posted on the results.
By the way, where do you carry the seats, oars, etc.? I finally got a low profile Delta box for the bed of the truck but now I can't see the pin when I hook up.
