Yes. Using the Dish Anywhere app you can do this. It’s rather clunky, however. It starts up your home sat receiver and streams the program up, and then back down to your phone. You have to have a receiver at home. You also need lots of bandwidth at home. I believe Direct TV has a simpler method, but not sure.
