Our cold and distribution has been fine even in hot and humid FL. We had a thermostat/mother board issue with one of the ACs, but that was fixed under warranty. It seems some units come out of the factory with some of these problems.

I recommend you do a complete PDI using one of the checklists you can find on this forum, BEFORE accepting the unit from the dealer, even if it takes more than three hours to ensure everything is working properly. In addition to other tools and a creeper to inspect the underside, have a thermometer to assess cooling and heating temps from the ductwork.
