Tire pressure

I just replaced my GY marabombs after one failed on a short trip home after a weekend outing. I was lucky as the tire was still loosing air as I backed my trailer into the garage. Steel belts showing and starting to fray yet no damage other than a small chip from the tire skirt.
I put the G614's on and wondering if I should run them with the max 110 psi? I have a 09 2955rl so not as heavy as some of the larger monty's out there. I have 100 lbs in now and the ride feels pretty good. A much nicer ride than the other tires( 9700 miles on them when it failed)
