Don't use the sensors. We had a tripod stabilizer, finally decided it was not worth carrying. Some folks swear by it. Tires, yours is a 33 footer, probably lighter, you could go with G614 tires if you want the optimum or probably any good quality LT tire. Awnings can get permanent sags. You did not specify location of the wet rug which can drive possible leak opportunities. Could be the frig, window, slide seal, slide seam.
