The fuses are normally tied to 12v circuitry. You did not indicate if you checked the circuit breakers? A shadetree method to troubleshoot: If without too much trouble, you can access the MW electrical plug, plug it into an extension cord and the cord into a working electrical outlet. If it kicks on, bad circuit. If not, most likely something in the MW itself.
