I got almost 3 years out of Wal-Mart batteries. They had a 3 year free replacement warranty and one went bad so they replaced both with no charge. The employee wanted to charge me for one battery but I told him I was told to install both together per previous manager which I already knew was correct so when I bought originally I confirmed if one went bad they would replace both free of charge. I know Wal-Mart doesn't have the best batteries but when traveling they are everywhere compared to Costco, Sam's and a few other places that sell batteries. I always carry a jump-start with me when traveling so as not to be in a bind when one of the batteries goes south. A jump start won't give the same CCA's as the 800 amp batteries but usually when a battery goes bad you have 2 or 300 amps still in the battery.
