When we installed ours on our 2010 I had to replace the jacks (connectors) in the convenience center. They were cheap crap. Now in the 2017 I had to remove a splitter behind the convenience center. Our king tailgater gets is power back down the cable from the receiver and the splitter was cutting the power.
