Porter Cable is a economical choice, but you'll be pretty disappointed in it trying to blow out your water lines as it's only 2 scfm with no tank. It may work, but it'll be painfully slow. I use one that's about 11 scfm and it takes a bit of time to blow out the lines at that. Like said ... you'll need a "pretty long" extension cord out on the road where one is essential.
