Once again the dealer is clueless. You use a drill motor and a 1/4" hex drive in the end of the pump motor (there is a sticker covering the hole with directions on which way to go). There are also control blocks, usually on the driver's side of the front compartment, which control which function(s) you want (slides or jacks).

I believe Lippert has manuals on how todo all this and there may be some of them stored here in the Files section. Look at http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...?do=file&id=12 Page #14 for manual override instructions.
