If you use screws might be wise to pre drill thru the trim as it is thin and can easily split! Use really small diameter screws and I would hand tighten with trim....Good news is you can get all sorts of colors so you can get close to matching the trim. Black works well with darker colors if you can't find an exact match. Best combination might be glue AND screws.
